Pallid faced, dead eyed and dripping with blood, a group of ghoulish zombies brought nightmarish scenes to life in Great Yarmouth when they invaded the town centre. Approximately 60 people participated and they were crawling and dragging their rotting corpses from St George’s Park down to the seafront and then through Regent Street up to the Market Place. The event was organised by Caister man Carl Harrison. He said: “They have started taking off in the UK and I thought it was quite a cool idea but wanted to incorporate a charity in it. I was organizing it in the pub with some friends and it just went from there.” “Considering it was the first time I have done anything like this I was quite nervous on the day, but I’m pleased with the way it went.” Carl wished to thank the club, the team from Jackson’s and helpers Connor Gray, Alexandra Folkes, Sarah Williams, Christopher Beecroft and Tanya Freeman for the historical approach.
