The second issue of Ernie Evil is back and has a lot of action interspersed. The story opens with a flashback that shows Ernie tolerating physical abuse from his father and he breaks through the prison defeating the guards to reach his father. The story by Jesse blaze Snider has a lot of drama and numerous puzzle pieces. But, one drawback with issue is that it doesn't focus on Ernie's character much. What drives Ernie into a murderous frenzy is not known yet. Although the focus is on action, the fight sequences by Jason Craig are totally gripping. The issue is for those who prefer to read about the graphic depiction of violence.
